All automatic data collection from any of the Fyndiq-sites (fyndiq.se, fyndiq.dk, fyndiq.fi, fyndiq.no) is forbidden, including scraping and crawling, for the purpose of using the data to upload it again on the site (s).
The use of automated systems or software to extract data from any Fyndiq-sites (fyndiq.se, fyndiq.dk, fyndiq.fi, fyndiq.no) for commercial purposes, (‘screen scraping’) is prohibited unless the third party has directly concluded a written license agreement with Fyndiq in which permits it access to the site (s).
If you as a merchant discover that another merchant has used your product pictures and article information without your permission, contact us via email@example.com. Please note that you must be the actual rights holder in order to submit a report.
The report of a stolen product image must include the following:
- The product number of your own ad and of the infringing ad
- A clear description of why the product image infringes your intellectual property rights
- Some form of proof that you as a trader own the exclusive rights to the images.
Please note that it is necessary that you submit all of the above information and necessary documents when registering, otherwise the case will not be processed.
If we discover stolen article information, product advertisements deemed to be in violation of this policy are subject to various actions and/or removal without notice from Fyndiq.
Penalties and fees
If you, as a merchant, upload a prohibited product or advertisement, fees per each individual item uploaded may be issued. You as a merchant can also be temporarily or permanently suspended, depending on how serious the violation is. We make a separate assessment in each individual case.
