If you are using a carrier that is not listed below, we cannot guarantee the same quality of delivery experience for your customers. Therefore, we strongly recommend using one of the carriers from our list for the best possible experience.
Tracking Number: The tracking number field should be populated with the tracking number provided by the carrier. Please ensure that this is the actual tracking number, and not a link, URL, or any other format. This is vital for the tracking process to function as expected and for customers to receive up-to-date delivery status.
By sending the carrier name and tracking number in the correct format, you’ll help ensure that customers can easily track their orders and enjoy a positive experience from purchase to delivery.
