To clarify the reason for certain merchant benefits, Fyndiq has introduced different tiers for all merchants.
At the moment we will start with three Tiers: Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3.
What is a Tier 1 & 2 merchant?
These are merchants who either have well-known brands and/or a wide range of products at very low prices, fast delivery as standard and low issue rates (like missing deliveries, regrets and complaints).
Besides this, a good tone in all communication and a complete picture of different issues/cases (trademark infringement, stolen texts/images, prohibited/illegitimate products, etc.) and that we consider the merchant as a generally good partner.
As a Tier 1 & 2 merchant, you have the option of express delivery and payment in 30 days as well as participating in various promotions/pilot projects that will benefit your sales even more.
What is a Tier 3 merchant?
Tier 3 is the basic requirement to be a merchant at Fyndiq.
What does Fyndiq's criterias for the tiers look like?
Tier 1
- Sales (at least one of the following):
- 30 orders/day in average/quarter
- turnover of at least 100,000 kr/month
- Fast delivery: Deliveries in 1-2 working days and you have been able to show over time that you can deliver on it. The majority of your products should be on express delivery.
- Low % on "Merchant Issue Rates": Do not exceed the set limit values according to the thresholds.
Tier 2
- Sales (at least one of the following):
- 10 orders/day in average/quarter
- turnover of at least 33,000 SEK/month
- Fast delivery: Has the opportunity to participate in express delivery, provided that issue rates looks good.
- Low % on "Merchant Issue Rates": Do not exceed the set limit values according to the thresholds.
Tier 3
- Sales:
- 1 order/day in average/quarter
- turnover of at least 1,000 kr/month
- Fast delivery: Ideally deliver in 1-2 working days, but at least 3-5 working days.
- Low % on "Merchant Issue Rates": Do not exceed the set limit values for pausing according to the thresholds.
General criterias
- Low prices: low prices are required to meet customer demand, low prices lead to sales. Preferably lowest price in comparison to, for example, Pricerunner or Prisjakt.
- Quick customer service: To make it easy for merchant support so they can have good and quick service back to customers. To respond quickly, correctly and nicely according to instructions.
- E-commerce experience
- If you sell/have sold on other marketplaces.
