Consumers are entitled to change their minds about purchases within 14 days of receipt of the product. This is done by the customer notifying Fyndiq and Fyndiq notifying the merchant of this in person or by sending the merchant a message to this effect. However, certain product categories are exempt from the consumer’s right to change their mind if the products were sealed and the seal has been broken. This applies to products such as hygiene products and digital sound recordings like CDs and PC games. For products subject to a right for the consumer to change their mind, if the product has been handled to an extent greater than is necessary to determine its features or how it works, and the product has been changed or has deteriorated as a result, the merchant and Fyndiq must decide on a suitable price reduction in connection with the refund. If an agreement cannot be reached, Fyndiq’s opinion will prevail.
If you as a merchant don't have a swedish return address, you need to provide us with either a return slip or let us know that you want to refund the customer without getting the product back. We need you to answer us within 24 h (business hours) with a return slip or with a confirmation of a customer refund. If you fail to answer us we will refund the customer and the customer will keep the product.
