The Consumer Sales Act
All sales on Fyndiq fall under the Consumer Sales Act (Swe: Konsumentköplagen). Therefore we have gathered some highlights from the Consumer Sales Act that are extra important for you to keep in mind. - The customer is always entitled to 3 years of Right to Complain
- Burden of proof for a complaint falls on you as the seller for two years after the purchase
- The customer is always entitled to request a specific solution, such as a new product or a refund. This only applies if the solution is available and can be performed without an unreasonable cost for you

- When selling bulky or heavy items (above 20 kg) you or your transport company must contact the customer within five days of the purchase to agree on a delivery date.
- We offer 30 days right of Regret for all articles
- If an article should be excluded from this (for example for hygiene reasons), this must be shown clearly in the Product Description as well as be presented with a seal on the article itself
