If you, as a merchant, upload a prohibited product or advertisement, fees as outlined below may be applied per individual item uploaded. You may also be temporarily or permanently suspended, depending on the severity of the violation. Each case is assessed individually.
A fixed fee of SEK 3,000 is applied per article. For items with variations (e.g. size, color, model), a fixed fee of SEK 5,000 is applied per item with variations, instead of calculating the fee based on quantity × SEK 3,000.
Charges will be issued as follows:

Recalled products from authorities: SEK 5,000
Products that have been recalled by one or more authorities.

Dangerous products: SEK 3,000
Products that are unsafe, unreliable, or otherwise pose a risk to consumers.

Chemical products: SEK 3,000
Products that contain, or are made from, materials with excessively high levels of substances that do not meet applicable regulatory requirements and may negatively impact health or the environment.

Offensive and/or insulting product ads: SEK 3,000
Product ads that use language or symbols that promote, glorify, or support hatred or violence against a group of people based on race, sexual orientation, or religious affiliation.

Counterfeit articles (fake articles/copies): SEK 3,000
Goods manufactured with the intent to imitate well-known products in order to mislead consumers. Trademark counterfeiting is prohibited by law in all countries.

Stolen product information and/or pictures: SEK 3,000

Scraping: SEK 10,000 and/or termination of account
Any automated data collection from Fyndiq sites (fyndiq.se, fyndiq.dk, fyndiq.fi, fyndiq.no), including scraping or crawling, for the purpose of reusing the data on these or other sites is strictly prohibited.
