Fyndiq has strict rules against the sale of goods that infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties. It is the Merchant's responsibility to ensure that their Products do not infringe such rights and to provide, upon Fyndiq's request, proof of authorization to sell their Authentic Branded Goods on Fyndiq.
Product advertisements for non-branded items must not include branded boxes, branded bags, branded pouches, branded hangers, etc. If branded packaging and the like are visible in images, this is misleading and customers may mistakenly believe they are purchasing products from the designer brand.
Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:
- Clothes
- Jewelry
- Shoes
- Accessories
