The core of this policy is driven by the desire for the best possible customer delivery experience. To ensure this, this policy mandates that all fulfillment must be handled exclusively by our approved carriers on the approved white list. You can find the list of approved carriers below.
Carrier and Tracking ID requirements
From November 1, you must include a carrier name and a tracking ID for every order row you fulfill on Fyndiq. This applies to all orders, whether processed through an integration or manually.
Exception: Local deliveries within the Nordics under 300 SEK/NOK/DKK or 30 EUR. When fulfilling these orders you can simply leave the carrier and tracking field empty.
Carrier Name: The carrier name must be submitted exactly as it appears in our list of approved carriers. This ensures that our system can properly identify the carrier and communicate the information to the customer correctly. If you are using a carrier that is not listed below, any fulfillment attempts will fail automatically.
Tracking Number: The tracking number field should be populated with the tracking number provided by the carrier. Please ensure that this is the actual tracking number, and not a link, URL, or any other format. This is vital for the tracking process to function as expected and for customers to receive up-to-date delivery status.
By sending the carrier name and tracking number in the correct format, you’ll help ensure that customers can easily track their orders and enjoy a positive experience from purchase to delivery.

Important: Confirm your carrier
If you are not already using one of our integrated carriers, you must switch to one of the approved options before the deadline. Starting November 1, 2025, any fulfillment attempts with a non-integrated carrier will fail automatically.
