Packaging of your products

When it is time to pack and ship your order it is important that you use packaging that does not carry the logotype of other marketplaces. This applies to print on the package, tape or stickers. It is therefore only permitted to use a package that is blank, or has your own or Fyndiq's brand on it. The reason is to avoid confusion with the customer.

Use of Fyndiq's branded packaging

You are now able to send your orders with Fyndiq’s own branded packaging. By using Fyndiq’s branded packaging we create a coherent customer experience which we are convinced will build customer retention in the long-run and thereby increase the sales of your products.

To make it even more beneficial for you as a merchant to use Fyndiq’s branded packaging we have negotiated a great deal for you — you send your products with style and at a very low cost, and the customer who bought it is given a clearer and more satisfactory purchase/delivery journey as mentioned above.

The use of Fyndiq’s branded packaging will also imply other future advantages that could help grow your business even further. However, there will not be a requirement to use Fyndiq’s packaging.
