You can choose any shipping method for your shipments according the delivery time requirements of Fyndiq's General Terms and Conditions for Merchants. Any cost or fees for shipment of the product to the customer are to be included in the calculation of the product price listed on Fyndiq and are carried by you as the merchant.
Note that all orders are to be shipped in 24 hours on a work day. For weekends this means orders received on Friday at 11 in the morning are to be shipped latest at 11 on the following Monday. Speedy delivery of your products will probably reflect positively in the ratings of your products by customers.
The name itself states that products labeled with Express Delivery should be delivered extra quickly within 1-2 business days instead of regular 1-5 business days.
The rules are that each product that is on express delivery should be delivered to the customer within 1-2 business days. In order to activate your products for express delivery, you must have been selling on Fyndiq for at least two months and have a low issue rate on missing orders.
Our system as it is right now calculates the whole day when the order is placed, up until 23.59. Day 1 is the next working day after the order is placed. This means that if the order is placed at 12.00 on either Friday, Saturday or Sunday, day 1 is up until 23.59 on Monday. Day 2 is up until 23.59 on Tuesday. Day 3 in this example starts on Wednesday at 00:01 and the customer can then put "missing".
For customers living in Gotland or northern Sweden, we guarantee that products labeled with Express Delivery will be delivered within three business days. It applies to zip codes starting at 62 and 77-98.
