👉 Final deadline to update delivery times or pause articles
👉 If you have not updated delivery times or paused articles by this date, your delivery time will automatically be set to 35 days
29 January – 5 March 2026
👉 Fyndiq’s temporary CNY delivery settings are active

⏱ Mandatory Delivery Time Update
From 15 January, all merchants shipping from China can adjust their delivery times to 22–35 days to prepare for Chinese New Year.
Deadline: 5 February 2026
If you do not update your delivery time or pause your articles by this date:
👉 Your delivery time will be automatically set to 35 days
👉 Performance Fees may be added if no action is taken
To pause sales:
👉 Set product quantity to 0 (recommended via API)
🚨 Merchants Fully Operational During CNY
If your operations, delivery times and customer service will not be affected during Chinese New Year, you must notify us no later than:

If we do not receive confirmation by 29 January:
👉 Your delivery time will be automatically set to 35 days after 5 February
👉 Your access to handle Customer Service errands in Reclaimit will be removed and Fyndiq will handle all Customer Service errands
👉 Performance Fees may be added
📦 Fulfillment Expectations During CNY
Fulfillment time allowances scale with your selected delivery time to maintain a good customer experience:
22 days delivery → Fulfillment within 7 days
25 days delivery → Fulfillment within 10 days
30 days delivery → Fulfillment within 15 days
This ensures fulfillment expectations remain realistic during increased logistics pressure.

Late deliveries may result in issue fees and performance impact
Ensure your delivery times are realistic
Plan fulfillment carefully via the Fyndiq system or API to ship orders on time
