Knives, stabbing weapons, cutting weapons and other dangerous objects intended to be used as weapons in crimes against life or health.
It is forbidden to have knives, stabbing weapons, cutting weapons and other dangerous objects in a public place, within school grounds or in a vehicle in a public place unless the possession is authorized. The ban applies to items that are intended to be used as weapons in crimes against life or health.
Willful violation of the Knife Act can result in a fine or imprisonment for a maximum of one year. If it is a serious crime against the Knife Act, they can be given imprisonment for a minimum of six months and a maximum of two years.
Fyndiq does not allow the sale of Knives (stabbing weapons) excluding kitchen knives. Different markets have different rules and we have chosen to follow the most strict rules that prevail in our markets.
We therefore ask you not to upload articles such as:
- Butterfly knives
- Sabers
- Jumping knives
- Stilettos
- Sword
- Karate sticks
- Throwing stars
- Knuckles
- Knives that has a blade length of over 11 cm
- Knives with an aggressive design (No typical outdoor knives)
- Card Knife
- Comb knife
Knuckle irons, throwing stars or other such items that are particularly suitable for use as weapons in crimes against life or health, as well as spring knives or spring knives may not be handed over to persons under the age of 21 or held for sale.
It is therefore prohibited to sell all types of dangerous items according to the examples in the list above. Transferring for example giving or sending the items to persons under the age of 21 is also prohibited.
If you give or sell dangerous items to a person under the age of 21, you can be convicted of a crime. Even you who are under the age of 21 and buy or receive an item can be convicted of a crime.
