Fyndiq does not allow the sale of weapons according to the points listed below. But also due to different market rules and the complexity when it comes to requirements such as: Licensing, registration and testing.
By firearms we refer to weapons in which bullets, shot, harpoons or other projectiles can be launched using powder charges, carbon dioxide charges, compressed air or other similar means of launching.
What is said about firearms also applies:
- Devices are comparable to firearms,
- unusable weapons that in usable condition would count as firearms.
- Starter and signal weapons that are loaded with cartridges.
- Crossbows, tear gas devices and other devices comparable in effect and purpose.
- Butts, fire tubes, barrels, frames, cases, drums and casings for firearms, or crossbow frames with firing devices.
- Devices that can be carried in the hand and are intended to stun people with electric current or inflict pain on them, and devices that allow firearms to be used with ammunition other than that for which they are intended.
Some examples that we would like to highlight in connection with the above points are:
Pistols & Rifles
Nothing we want available for sale on the platform as this type of item requires special handling and registration upon purchase. This is due to different market rules but also the complexity when it comes to requirements such as: Licensing, registration and testing.
Softairguns
Can be abused and misused. Many times these products look identical to real guns.
Nerf Guns
It is important that the product is tested against the toy requirements that prevail for this type of product. It is also important that the product is designed as a toy. The risks here are that some models have a more powerful ejection force, which increases the risk of injury. Even the "shots" can be too "hard" designed. Products that have not been tested and evaluated against the Toy Directive are prohibited from being uploaded for sale.

Not those designed for professional use
