Fyndiq works on a fair transaction based service fee model. This is split into two parts.
- Selling fee: Percentage fee on the net product selling price (selling price excluding VAT) on Fyndiq. The selling fee primarily includes marketing of your products on the platform but also access to merchant support, selling tools and other administrative costs.
- Product category fee: Fixed fee per product sold.
Note that Fyndiq will always charge the service fee on each order regardless of what occurs after the purchase. In a validated case of fraud, Fyndiq can pay back the service fee. This also includes customer service issues such as missing order, complaint, regret, non-fulfilled and cancelled order. In cases of fraud the service fee can be refunded.

For a product sold for 80 SEK excluding VAT on Fyndiq in Sweden, the Selling Fee is 12.5 % of 80 SEK, i.e. 10 SEK. There will also be a Product Category Fee of 8 SEK. The total fee for the sold product is 18 SEK excl. VAT (22,50 SEK incl. VAT).
