Customer service errands that concern returns, complaints and missing shipments are handled by you in Reclaimit.
It is important to remember that we have two different support departments. Customer service is in contact with our customers and with you, the merchant, for cases where necessary.
Customer service can be reached via email at email@example.com . Always quote the order number when you contact customer service so that they can resolve the case quickly and easily.
Then we also have merchant support, which is the department to contact for everything other than specific orders. So if you have a question about Merchant Center, payments, Fyndiq's General Terms and Conditions for Merchants, etc., the Merchant Support is there to help you. You can reach them on working days (08:00-17:00) via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
