If customer service receives a case that does not concern a regret, missing or complaint, they contact you at your email address for support cases. An email case from customer service must be answered within 24 hours (working days). Otherwise we may need to make our own decision in the case so that the customer does not have to wait too long.
It is important to remember that we have two different support departments. Customer service is in contact with our customers and with you, the merchant, for cases where necessary.
Customer service can be reached via email at email@example.com . Always quote the order number when you contact customer service so that they can resolve the case quickly and easily.
Then we also have merchant support, which is the department to contact for everything other than specific orders. So if you have a question about Merchant Center, payments, Fyndiq's General Terms and Conditions for Merchants, etc., the Merchant Support is there to help you.
