Next to your top image the title is the first thing customers see and your best shot at making a good first impression. The title is limited to 64 alphanumeric characters which you are advised to choose wisely. The text should be significant and best is to stick to the facts as applicable:
- Brand / designer name
- Version / product number
- Product type
- Number of items
- Appearance: dimensions, colour
- Features
Examples:
- “Samsung UE50H6470, TV 50 inches, Full HD, Triple Tuner, Smart TV” (only to be used if actual original Samsung model
- “USB-Cable, 2 meters, white for iPhone 6s” (if not an Apple product, be clear about “compatible/ for”)
- “3 Tommy Hilfiger socks, available in many colours”
Please do not use “new feature”, “as seen on TV”, because it may cause confusion and oblige you to change your product ad later. Also key words that customers actually search for, will ensure a better listing in product search. Furthermore, do not overuse acronyms and do not write in all caps.
